Nobody should say Fiat doesn't know how to end a conversation. The Italian auto company has recently managed to exit its relationship with US giant General Motors with its pockets $2bn heavier. Fiat recently said it was ending a five-year partnership with General Motors (GM) that included an option with the power to force the US company to take full control of the Turin, Italy-based automaker.
