Joanne Roberts Director, Need an IFA Sir, The FSA needs to be a lot more consistent with the guidance it provides. IFAs really are worried about compliance and ask for guidance to minimise mistakes. Everything seems to moving towards getting rid of small IFAs and the bancassurers are starting to win again. While I would have said that the bancassurers had been cited the worst for mis-selling and that it did not seem to worry the FSA, I would now make a different statement.
