With administration often as important as fund choice and product terms on pension policies, Incisive Buzz has asked advisers to rank the 10 largest life offices in order of their administrative competence. Standard Life came out top in the survey, followed by Clerical Medical and Friends Provident, with Prudential bringing up the rear.
