There are Frenchmen and Poles in London. Germans are in Zurich. And almost everyone seems to be in Dublin right now. Six years after the launch of the euro, the one thing that most people said was unlikely has happened. Workers are shifting into the faster-growing and richer European countries and out of the declining ones. Indeed, Europe is going through its own version of the population migration that took people in the US from the rustbelt to the sunbelt in the 1970s and 1980s.
