Aifa dipped its toes into the murky waters of the buyer beware debate last week, with its latest discussion paper following the FSA's retail distribution review. As the association said, any discussion of consumer responsibilities, especially in the financial space, usually begins badly, gets worse in the middle and ends in stalemate.
