Asia, seeking to draw more attention to its economies, is reaching for the sky - literally. Take Taipei, which last month became home to the world's tallest building. The hope, believe it or not, is that it will bring luck to Taiwan's economy. The 101-story structure's design is based on the Chinese character for eight, considered a lucky number.
