You may remember - though equally you may not - that last week we were all lucky enough to revisit for the first time in some years now the extensive surveillance network the chairman of the insignificantly sized investment company SmallBlue Planet uses to monitor the actions (and, more often, inactions) of his employees. Occasionally, if the company's special ops boys have been let off the leash, he monitors other addresses too, and it turns out that lately he's been bugging the Treasury - and not just in his usual way of writing outraged letters in the style of retired majors haranguing ...
