To the Editor, How many fund management companies in the UK can claim that their chief executive, chief investment officer, head of bonds and head of equities have all been with the company for more than a decade? Threadneedle can. We have one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the business. Yet your columnist Lawrence Gosling, in a highly misleading column on 29 May accuses us of exactly the opposite.
