This week's Conjecture focuses on global investment trusts, several of which boast an impressively long history. Taking part in the debate were James Anderson, CIO at Baillie Gifford and manager of the Scottish Mortgage trust, Julie Dent, head of global equities at F&C Asset Management and manager of the British Assets trust, and Jim Horsburgh, chief executive of Witan investment trust.
