The FTSE 100 has enjoyed something of a renaissance during the opening weeks of 2005, actually breaking through the 5,000 point barrier for the first time since June 2002. The big question, though, is: can this continue and what will drive it? The panel expects the FTSE will make progress relative to small and mid caps, and discuss their views on the main sectors.
