I've just had the most bizarre e-mail. It asked me to nominate a pile of people for "360 feedback". This group will in turn receive another e-mail asking them to complete a questionnaire all about me. There will be so many questions that even those who started the process with a modicum of sympathy towards me will hate me as the person whose very existence has stolen 20 minutes of their lives which can never be returned. A special consultant will then sit me down in a quiet room with the collective results to tell me precisely what a sorry individual I am and that nobody really likes me...
