Capital Group to bring US equity growth strategy to Europe

US fund giant Capital Group has announced plans to bring across its US equity growth strategy, AMCAP, to Europe and Asia.

Launched in Europe on 16 June as a Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS fund, it will employ the same investment approach that the US strategy has applied since launch. The $55bn strategy will invest in quality growth companies with clear business models, strong management and a proven track record, employing a bottom-up fundamental stock selection approach.
