ETF provider Source has launched a commodities ex-agriculture ETF in response to increased investor exposure to the asset class.
While excluding agriculture and livestock, the Source Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture UCITS ETF will aim to deliver the performance of the Bloomberg ex-Agriculture and Livestock 20/30 Capped index, after fees. The ETF has an ongoing charge of 0.19% and a swap fee of 0.21%, bringing the total cost to 0.40%. With political uncertainty and high equity valuations, the firm said investors were looking to diversify their portfolios through commodity exposure.
