Investment Week is pleased to announce the winners for our brand new Tax Efficiency Awards 2016/17, designed to recognise the most forward-thinking providers in the areas of VCTs, EIS and BPR/IHT.

Changes to the pensions regime in the UK, allied to a widespread interest in earlier-stage investment opportunities, have turned the attention of investors towards tax-efficient schemes in this area. The government also remains committed to encouraging the tax-efficiency sector to fill the investment gap left by the High Street banks when it comes to early-stage and growth company funding.
