LatAm funds dominate October performance tables

Latin American funds dominated the list of top performers in October as a result of hardening commodity prices, according to research from Wealth Club, while UK bond funds continued to underperform.

Wealth Club stats revealed the Neptune Latin America (+17.3%), Threadneedle Latin America (+14%), Invesco Perpetual Latin America (+13.8%) and Aberdeen Latin America (+13.7%) funds were among the top five performers last month. Investments in Latin America have also continued to be lifted by the ongoing potential for political reform in Brazil, following the official impeachment of former president Dilma Rousseff in September.
