Aviva Investors announces senior manager shakeup following double departure

Aviva Investors has made a number of changes to its UK and European equities teams,following the departure of head of Pan-European equities Mark Denham and senior fund manager Simon Young.

As a result of Young's departure, Trevor Green (pictured), head of UK equities, has been appointed co-manager of the £254m UK Equity fund alongside Chris Murphy. Green is also co-manager of the company's £184m UK Opportunities fund and the £68m UK Smaller Companies fund. Equity analyst James Balfour has also been promoted to portfolio manager and will become co-manager on the £892m UK Equity Income fund, also alongside Murphy.
