Richard Pease sues Henderson in £2.7m pay dispute - report

High profile fund manager Richard Pease has filed a High Court claim against former employer Henderson Global Investors, which he alleges "failed and refused" to pay him £2.7m of his management fees earned between 2012-2014, according to the Sunday Times.

The paper reported over the weekend that Pease (pictured) is suing Henderson over claims the group breached the terms of his contract by withholding the fees, following his departure in 2015 to launch boutique Crux Asset Management. According to the Sunday Times, the High Court claim reveals Pease was entitled to half the management fees paid by investors for running three vehicles, including his flagship European Special Situations fund.
