Schroders poaches BlackRock ETF sales head for multi-asset team

New hire to focus on European strategy

Schroders has appointed Esther Nass-Fetzmann, formerly at BlackRock, to a newly-created role within its £76bn multi-asset solutions team.

In her new role, she will focus on strategy for Europe within the Multi-Asset Investments and Portfolio Solutions (MAPS) business. Nass-Fetzmann (pictured) has spent the previous decade at BlackRock, most recently as head of UK iShares ETF sales to asset managers and hedge funds. She joined the team this month and will be based in the London office, reporting to Henriette Bergh, head of UK and Europe product and manager solutions.
