Insight boosts multi-asset team with manager hire

New hire to support flagship fund

Lloyd Thomas, formerly of Mediolanum Asset Management, has joined Insight as part of its multi-asset team.

Thomas (pictured) has been a portfolio manager at Mediolanum AM - the Irish asset management arm of the Mediolanum Banking group - for six years. He joins Insight's multi-asset team as portfolio manager and will report to Matthew Merritt, head of the multi-asset strategy group. He replaces portfolio manager Paul Amer, who left in June this year. Aviva Investors macro specialist joins Insight Merritt said: "I am pleased to welcome Thomas to the team.
