Quilter Cheviot reshuffles Edinburgh office leadership

Quilter Cheviot has handed the leadership of its Edinburgh office to Mark Hallam, as current head Alan Aitchison steps back from the role.

Aitchison (pictured) has led the office since it was opened in 2011 and is to remain with the company after Hallam assumes leadership, in a move which Quilter Cheviot describes as "part of a planned succession". Hallam is currently an investment manager and deputy head of office and has worked for the firm since 2011 when he joined with Aitchison. They have been colleagues for 20 years, previously holding roles at Edinburgh Fund Managers and Deutsche Bank.
