Miton plans further overhaul of multi-asset range

Miton has overhauled part of its multi-asset range, changing the investment objective of one of its flagship portfolios as it rebrands two funds.

Miton has overhauled part of its multi-asset range, rebranding two funds and changing the investment objective of one. The group's £113m CF Miton Strategic Portfolio will become the CF Miton Defensive Multi Asset fund and the £404m CF Miton Special Situations Portfolio will be renamed as the CF Miton Cautious Multi Asset fund, subject to shareholder approval. Miton is also seeking to revamp the investment objective on the former fund, to allow manager David Jane to invest directly in securities rather than other funds.
