Brandeaux considers £1bn IPO for stricken property assets

Property specialist Brandeaux is considering listing the assets of its stricken student property fund as it seeks alternative options for the suspended portfolio.

In a statement to the Irish Stock Exchange today, Brandeaux said it was "continuing to actively review various options with the aim of creating liquidity for its existing shareholders."
