Update: Zurich announces launch of Horizon Investment Solutions

As revealed by Investment Week last Friday, Zurich is launching Zurich Horizon Investment Solutions, a new investment proposition comprising a range of risk profiled funds managed by Threadneedle Investments.

Last week, Investment Week revealed the insurer plans to expand its UK business into fund management and has held talks with a number of groups to flesh out the deal. The new business will see the launch of five multi-asset risk profiled funds managed by Threadneedle Investments. The asset allocation to which the individual funds are aligned will be provided by eValue. Zurich already has a relationship with Threadneedle Investments, which it previously owned.
