Pioneer launches UK version of Absolute Return Bond fund

Pioneer Investments has launched a UK version of its Absolute Return Bond fund, run by Tanguy Le Saout and Cosimo Marasciulo.

The move marks the first time the group is bringing out a dedicated fixed income product for UK investors. The fund is an investment grade bond portfolio driven by a core section of holdings alongside what the team hopes are alpha generating strategies. The investment ideas in the portfolio are generated by a team of analysts, with each responsible for a specific fixed income area under the group's Matrix investment structure.
