ING IM bolsters EMD team with double hire

ING Investment Management has appointed two new senior portfolio managers to its emerging market debt team.

Marcin Adamczyk joins as senior portfolio manager for EMD local currency, based in The Hague. Alia Yousuf joins in the same role, but will be based in Singapore. Both will report to Marcelo Assalin, lead portfolio manager for EMD local currencies, based in Atlanta in the US. Adamcyzk has more than 15 years of experience in EMD fixed income markets. He joins from MN, a Dutch pension fund fiduciary manager, where he was senior fund manager for emerging market debt. He has previously worked at Lombard Odier Investment Managers on the EMD team.
