Mirabaud launches global convertible bond fund

Mirabaud has launched a global bond fund for its head of convertible bonds Renaud Martin.

The Mirabaud Convertible Bond Global fund will sit in the group's UCITS fund range. It will invest primarily in the US and European bond markets, but will have a mandate to look for other opportunities in the rest of the world, including emerging markets. Martin (pictured) will run the fund alongside Nicolas Crémieux, a senior portfolio manager who joined the firm in the summer from Dexia AM and has experience running global convertible bond products The firm already has a European convertible bond fund, launched in 2011, which has €220m under management and is managed by Martin.  ...
