Former Investec energy manager Lacey joins Schroders

Former Investec energy specialist Mark Lacey is to join Schroders.

Lacey will take on the role of co-manager of the Schroder ISF Global Energy and Schroder ISF Small Cap Energy funds, working alongside existing manager John Coyle.  He joins the firm on 9 September from commodities trader Mercuria Global Energy Solutions. Lacey has 17 years' investment experience in the global energy sector. He previously worked for Investec Asset Management as a co-fund manager of Investec GSF Global Energy and Investec GSF Enhanced Global Energy funds, alongside Jonathan Waghorn.
