The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a new qualification for staff overseeing investment operations functions.
The two unit introductory qualification - QCF Level 3 Certificate in Investment Operations - satisfies the ‘appropriate qualification' requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for investment operations staff.
