Premier's King exits as White named head of UK equities

Premier Asset Management's Simon King has left the business, amid a re-shuffle at the business which has seen colleague Chris White become head of UK equities.

King (pictured), manager of the £75m Premier UK Growth and the £36m UK Mid 250, has left with immediate effect, handing his mandates to White. The group said King's exit was agreed by mutual consent, and the manager is leaving to pursue other opportunities. White joined Premier from Threadneedle in 2010 and is already manager of the £344m Premier Income fund and the £170m Premier Monthly Income fund.
