Morningstar OBSR exodus continues as Toogood and Hutchison leave

Morningstar OBSR's investment services director Peter Toogood and head of investment consultancy Gill Hutchison are set to leave the firm.

Toogood (pictured) was responsible for investment advisory services at the firm, as well as leading coverage of alternative funds and serving as joint head of fixed income for OBSR. His departure follows the exit of OBSR founders Richard Romer-Lee and Nigel Whittingham late last year. Toogood was previously chief investment officer at Forsyth Partners and formed Forsyth-OBSR ratings service with Romer-Lee in 2002, before the firm acquired Forsyth's advisory business in 2008.
