Charles Schwab highlights optimum conditions for US housing

Conditions for the US housing market have never been better, according to US-based investment banking and brokerage company, Charles Schwab.

House prices in relation to income earned in the US are at an all-time optimum level, according to US-based senior vice president and chief investment strategist at Charles Schwab, Liz Ann Sonders. Although house prices are up 12% nationally, "the ratio of house prices to income has never been better", Sonders said.  However, despite good conditions as consumer demand for property grows, credit is still not available for those in a position to make investments in the US housing market.
