Schroders interest rate head Scammell exits

David Scammell has left his position as head of UK and European interest rate strategies at Schroders.

Scammell (pictured) has been at the firm since 2004, managing a range of funds, which have now been reassigned to other managers at the group. The Schroders International Sector Fund (ISF) Global Inflation Linked Bond will be managed by the global multi sector team headed by Bob Jolly, head of global macro, and Gareth Isaac. ISF Euro Liquidity has been taken over by Jamie Fairest as lead manager, supported by Thomas Sartain and Jolly as alternates. The Schroder Gilt & Fixed Interest fund will be managed by Sartain, with Isaac as alternate manager.
