Which ethical funds have beaten the FTSE All Share?

Over the past year just eight ethical funds have managed to beat the FTSE All Share index, according to IFA firm Barchester Green Investment.

Top of the leaderboard is the £322m CIS Sustainable Leaders trust, managed by Mike Fox (right). It delivered a 19.39% return to the end of August, against14.32% for the FTSE All Share. Chris Watt’s £40m Jupiter Responsible Income fund trails closely behind with a 16.06% return, while the CIS Sustainable World trust is third, gaining 15.27%.
