BlackRock's Lyttleton takes break from industry

BlackRock's absolute return manager Mark Lyttleton is taking an extended break from the industry for family reasons.

He will leave the firm in June and is slated to return on 17 September, the group said. Lyttleton is manager of the £1.1bn UK Absolute Alpha, £859m UK Dynamic funds. Nick Osborne, co-manager of UK Absolute Alpha, will run the fund in Lyttleton’s absence. Adam Avigdori will temporarily take on the role as sole manager of UK Dynamic. Avigdori co-manages the UK Income fund with Nick McLeod-Clarke, and the Income and Growth investment trust.
