St James Developments – London Property fund St James Developments has launched a closed-ended fund offering development finance for residential property in Central London. The management team will include Andrew Higginson, chairman of Tesco Bank, who is backing the fund with his own money. The London Property fund is a limited partnership that will accept SIPP and small self-administered scheme (SSAS) investments via an exempt property unit trust.
