BlackRock has appointed Jeremy Roberts to the role of head of UK retail sales as previous head Mark Elliott moves to run EMEA retail strategic client accounts.
Roberts was formerly the head of the BlackRock's London and Channel Islands sales team. He will report to head of UK retail business at BlackRock, Tony Stenning, who described him as being instrumental in the growth, development and success of the UK retail arm over the past decade. In his new role, Elliott will report to Alex Hoctor-Duncan, head of EMEA retail sales. His focus will be on strategic clients, the regional sales force, and the group's EMEA retail leadership team.
