Thomas Kwan has joined Baring Asset Management's emerging markets team as head of Asian debt.
He will take responsibility for the management of all the group's Asian debt investments from his base in Hong Kong. Kwan joins Barings' Hong Kong team from ICBC Credit Suisse's Beijing office, where he was responsible for asset allocation strategy and the development of absolute return global fixed income, currencies and asset allocation products.
