Jordison cautions over property bubble

Threadneedle Property Investments' managing director Don Jordison believes there is a danger the market could go off course again with so much money targeting UK commercial property.

Commercial property is seeing a large amount of interest and many astute investors are asking if the current rally is sustainable. Speaking at Professional Adviser’s fund5live investment roadshow Jordison said: “You are seeing people changing the rules so they are doing property derivative contracts. “They are also starting to change the investment strategy of a UK property trust to an international one.
