Crosby Asset Management (CAM) has terminated its joint venture with Apollo Multi Asset Management.
From 31 August, CAM will withdraw as a partner of Apollo and will no longer have any ownership of the group. A specialist multi-asset group, Apollo is owned and run by Tom McGrath, Steve Brann, Craig Wetton, Jon Brokenshire and Ian Liddle. McGrath and Brann joined from Miton Optimal, Wetton from Chartwell, and sales directors Brokenshire and Liddle from consultancy roles. Apollo, which has £31.2m under management in its Balanced and Cautious funds, has agreed to repay £121,000 to CAM - which was provided by the group for regulatory capital and general working capital purposes.
