Dexion Alpha to refocus as commodities trust

Dexion Alpha Strategies shareholders have voted unanimously in favour of changing the fund's focus to invest in commodities hedge funds.

The fund is to be renamed Dexion Commodities - with Dexion Capital, which manages four listed funds under the Dexion brand, passing on management of the refocused fund to Man Investments. The company secured 100% approval on a 53% turnout, and the asset value of the continuing portfolio is around £47.9m.
