Neptune's Chris Taylor - the UK's top performing fund manager in 2008 - is again powering ahead of the market after overhauling his portfolio earlier in the year. The Neptune Japan Opportunities fund manager has recently made a strong move into the financials sector, after becoming bullish on the Japanese stock market for the first time in three years.
