Bramdean Alternative's share holders last night voted to replace the company's board at extraordinary general meeting. The move follows a fight for control of the alternative assets investment trust, involving a majority shareholder and investment manager Nicola Horlick. The bid to replace the old board of Brian Larcombe, Ceasar Anquillare, Michael Buckley and Nicholas Moss, with Jonathan Carr, David Copperwaite and Mark Tucker, was initially made by majority shareholder Vincent Tchenguiz last month.
