By Jenne Mannion Investment through the internet is accelerating both in Isas and direct equities, according to two companies committed to selling these products online. Lindsay Firth-McGuckin, marketing director at Johnson Fry Asset Managers, said since offering Isas on the Johnson Fry website at www.johnsonfry.co.uk, one year ago, the growth in demand has increased substantially. At least 40% of direct sales are now online, plus an increasing amount of IFAs are turning to the internet to buy Isas on behalf of their clients.
