Perpetual's offshore fund range is to be rebranded under the Invesco banner. As part of the process, a total of 14 Perpetual funds will be merged into the existing Invesco range, renamed or wound up. The changes are still subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. The surviving Perpetual funds will be rebranded as Invesco vehicles and recreated as Dublin-domiciled products.
