Investors who got into the UK market at the Isa sales peak in March 2000 need to see another rise of more than 30% to get them back to their original starting capital. March 2004 marks the fourth anniversary of the peak, during which investors put £2.4bn into Isas, some £711.4m of which went into the UK All Companies sector.
