Fidelity, jpmorgan and scottish widows among groups to land top honours at gold standards awards
Twelve financial services groups have gained Gold Standard accreditation in the 2006/07 awards, with four achieving highly commended status. The awards, which judge companies across a broad range of criteria including treating customers fairly, service standards and financial strength, are now in their fourth year. Winners included Fidelity, JPMorgan, Scottish Widows, Friends Provident and Standard Life Healthcare.
