Neptune's UK Equity fund manager has warned he is seeking to adjust its overseas holdings, in search of new ideas. Jeremy Smith says he is picking stocks on the strength of balance sheets and dividend paying ability and finding some growth in infrastructure, industrials and nuclear energy. Smith says: "The way we research companies and sectors is always in a global context." "At present the overseas holdings are just under 10% of the portfolio but we continue to seek the best overseas ideas."
