Commercial property fund offers retail investors access to deutsche institutional portfolio

Property company Strutt & Parker is launching an Isable commercial property fund offering retail investors access to an institutional portfolio run by Deutsche. The minimum investment in the £612m Dublin-domiciled Deutsche UK Managed Property portfolio is typically £1m, but investors can gain entry with £3,000 via the Strutt & Parker feeder fund Isa wrap. For direct and pension investors, the minimum increases to £15,000. As well as Isas, the product will also be open to Sipp and Ssas investors.
