Isa sales started to dwindle towards the end of 2003, with November's figures down 10% from October. Industry sales statistics for November, as collected by the IMA, show net retail sales of £523m were down from October but had increased by 3% over the same month last year. Isas saw a 10% decrease in sales since October to £200m and were down 11% from November 2002. Isa and Pep repurchases continued to grow, with £189.2m in Isa repurchases in November a slight rise from £188.7m in October and a jump up from the total of £143.9 in November 2002.
