The Woolwich is distributing its Protected Bonus Plan, available via an Isa wrapper, through intermediaries and offering 3% initial commission. The product, which launched at the end of November, runs for a term of five-and-a-half years, links returns to the FTSE 100 index and features limited capital protection. The plan offers a fixed bonus of 55% at maturity if the final level of the FTSE 100 index is the same as, or higher than, its initial level at the start of the investment period.
